Our scents are phthalate free, paraben free, SLS + SLES free, vegan and cruelty free (not tested on animals). However, if you are pregnant, or if you have medical contraindications, or if you have allergic reactions, we recommend you consult a doctor. Also you can prefer the candle without scent.

How strong are your candle scents? We use the optimal scent to wax ratio to ensure a light pleasant scent. To fill a large space with scents, we recommend using several candles.
How many hours will my candle burn? Our 8 oz candles burn for approximately 40-50 hours. But a candle with a strong frame will burn faster. So you need to cut the wick to a height of 1/4 inch before each candle lighting.
Where can I light a candle? Our candles are great for bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms and more. Before lighting, place the candle on a stable and heat-safe surface, away from drafts and flammable objects. Do not leave the candle unattended. If you plan to leave the house or go to bed, put out the candle. Keep the candle out of the reach of children and pets.
How long should the wick be before lighting? Before lighting the candle, the wick should be 1/4 inches. This is the optimal length of the wick for a stable frame. However, if it seems to you that the frame is too high, or unstable, or smoking, then you can trim it a little more. It is most convenient to trim the wick using a trimmer from a candle care kit. However, ordinary scissors or nail clippers will also work.
How long should a candle burn for one time? Enjoy the burning of the candle for up to 4 hours, then it is better to extinguish it. To avoid tunneling, burn the candle for at least 2-3 hours at a time so that the wax has time to melt to the edges of the container.
How to prevent a strong and unstable frame? If you have a high and unstable frame, then your wick is too long. Trim the wick 1/4 inch each time before lighting the candle and burn the candle for no longer than 4 hours at a time. It is most convenient to trim the wick using a trimmer from a candle care kit. However, ordinary scissors or nail clippers will also work.
How do I extinguish the candle? You can extinguish a candle in several ways: blow out, pour melted wax over the wick with a spoon, cover the burning wick with an extinguisher.
