Return policy
If you want to return the product, we are happy to inform you that we accept returns.
Return window: 14 days from item delivery to ship this item back to our workshop.
You can return the candle within 14 days from item delivery, under the following conditions:
- – the candle was not lit,
- – the glass container is not broken,
- – no visual damage to wax, wick, glass container, labels, branded packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You cannot return the candle if:
- – the candle was lit,
- – the glass container is broken,
- – there is visual damage to the wax, wick, glass container, labels and branded packaging.
How is the return?
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Send a photo of the candle showing the condition of the wax, wick, glass container, labels and packaging. This is to ensure that the candle has been sent from you in the proper condition, in which the candle is to be returned. After the candle is delivered to our workshop, we check the candle for integrity and the absence of damage to the wax, wick, glass container, labels and branded packaging. If everything is fine, we will refund your money. We return the funds in full.
Cancellation policy
If you want to cancel your order, we are pleased to inform you that we accept order cancellations.
You can cancel the order: within 5 hours of purchase
Contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 hours after purchase, and we will give you a full refund.
Exchange policy
If you want to exchange the item, then you can use the option of returning the item and ordering a new one.
