Shipping & delivery policy

All Enjoy my candle items are shipped USPS from Philadelphia, PA, USA. We ship orders as fast as possible, mostly in 1-2 business days. However, it may take longer on weekends and holidays. Some made-to-order items take longer to produce, so please check the current processing time before ordering. 

All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need to send your order as soon as possible, add “Push my order” to the cart when placing an order, and your order will jump to the top of the fulfillment queue! 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If the delivery address is incorrect, the product will be returned to us. Then you will need to pay for shipping again, to have your item sent back to your correct address. Please note that after the goods have been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed and a new order must be created. 

Please note that the estimated delivery time is based on the date of shipment, not the date of order. If you need to receive your order quickly, then prefer express delivery. If you choose standard shipping, we will ship your order in the most economical way. In most cases, delivery time may take a week or more depending on the destination. USPS may experience unforeseen delays. Please keep this in mind when ordering on weekends and holidays.

If you have received the wrong item(s), or a damaged item(s), please contact us within 7 days of delivery to make a claim. To submit claims, please write us a letter to the post office. This letter should contain: 

  • – the order number; 
  • – description of the claim (wrong product, damaged item); 
  • – photo of the item (a photo showing that the item is not what you ordered; or a photo of defects and damage to the item). 

 

If the order arrived with a damaged item, please include a picture of the packaging materials and the box in which the order was shipped in addition to the picture of the defect or damage. We will certainly consider your letter and send you a new replacement order if the cause of the claim is our fault. Please note that Enjoy My Candle is not responsible for items damaged in transit. 

If an order is considered delivered but not received, please contact USPS shipping directly. As soon as the order leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of the carrier and out of our control. Enjoy my candle is not responsible for orders that show as successfully delivered to the address specified in your order.

If an item is lost in transit, the buyer must contact the shipping company to resolve any shipping issues so that the item can reach them safely. Enjoy My Candle is not responsible for the product after it has left our workshop, as it leaves our hands and is sent to the address specified during the order.

Please understand that we are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, delivered or damaged in transit.
